- Delivery Area: We currently deliver all over Auckland and can ship bulk orders outside Auckland.
- Delivery Time: Goods are usually delivered within 2-3 working days but may take up to a week in case of unforeseen issues.
- No International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

- Return Period: Defective and Non defective products must be reported and returned within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Product Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition.

- Usual refund processing time: 5 days but, can take longer in some cases.
